Strengthening Team Dynamics Through Self-Awareness and Empathy...
A creative take on learning Emotional Intelligence.

Few factors impact work relationships as profoundly as emotions. This workshop explores the question: How can we cultivate healthy team dynamics while juggling personal moods, feelings, desires, and aspirations?
True Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is more than learning how to manage feelings. Rather than viewing moods and emotions as inconveniences to productivity, your team can learn to view feelings as aides in their overall wellness journey. This approach shifts the perspective from "How do I motivate my team to produce more?" to "How can I equip my team to deepen their understanding of their emotions, so that they can show up fully and contribute their best?"
This interactive workshop offers a unique approach to exploring Emotional Intelligence. Drawing on creative principles and art exercises, participants will learn the core components of Emotional Intelligence in a creatively dynamic setting.
